Natron MCP
The Natron MCP (also branded Teletek Natron MCP or Natron MCP‑PR/PB) is a wireless addressable manual call point designed to work seamlessly with the Natron series of wireless expander modules (WE‑A, WE‑C, etc.). It enables users to manually initiate a fire alarm by breaking the glass or pressing the flexible element, which then sends an immediate "fire" signal to the fire alarm control panel via bidirectional radio communication (868 MHz). A red blinking LED indicates alarm activation, and a built‑in tamper switch plus optional local buzzer enhance its robustness in field use .
This call point meets EN 54‑11 and EN 54‑25 Type A standards, offering impressive technical specs: a communication range up to 1,500 m in open air, powered by a single CR123A 3 V battery (lasting ~10 years), and protected by an IP40/IP42 enclosure for indoor use. It includes features such as signal quality (RSSI) testing, easily resettable elements with a special key tool, and requires at least a 2 m spacing from other expanders during installation.
